As fundamental design guidelines, the building should reflect an image of dynamism and high technology with a reasonable cost margin and a fast execution process.

Considering the aforementioned, a metal framework was built, with aggressive design lines, open work environments and an interior space that offers breadth, transparency and integration.

The outside shows a volumetric interplay of elements with very acute* ascending and descending character shapes that pivot over the corner and generate a constant dynamic appreciation of lights and shadows, of the textures and of the overall perception of the building.

Inside, we find a hall that forms a large central void on the top floor, around which most of the building’s activities revolve, with a completely open office-space design, which allows the emphasizing of the metal columns that support the building, its tensors and the arch-shaped cover which surrounds the environments and also naturally illuminates the interior through transparent strips located precisely above the trusses. The structure is thus involved in the decoration and becomes an integrating element for the whole building.

The whole concept is emphasized with the use of natural finishes such as stone and wood, in addition to the use of exposed concrete and the specific design of some elements such as hall lamps and metal railings.
